How to Find A Preceptor

Placement Process
Student Responsibility: Submit Preceptor Request Form. The Clinical Placement Coordinator will be in contact with additional paperwork Fort Health Care requires as part of the placement process.
Clinical Placement Responsibility: Submit formal request and student paperwork via email to the Learning Center coordinator.
Required Information Upon Approval of Placement
Student will receive emails from the Fort Health Care Staff or Clinical Placement Coordinator with instructions for orientation and onboarding. Complete all required training.
