ThedaCare will not allow a placement in family or internal medicine and a specialty placement within the same semester.  For example, if you choose to do 90 hours in pediatrics/urgent care/cardiology at ThedaCare, you will need to do your remaining hours at a different health care system. 

Student Responsibility: Submit Preceptor Request Form

Clinical Placement Responsibility:  Submit formal request through email 

Student will receive emails from ThedaCare staff or the Clinical Placement Coordinator with instructions for orientation and onboarding.  Complete all required training.
