Placement Process

Student Responsibility: Submit Preceptor Request Form

Clinical Placement Responsibility:  Submit formal request through SVS 

Required Information Upon Approval of Placement 

Student will receive emails from noreply@fmlh-education.com with instructions for orientation and onboarding.  Complete all required training.
