Do not contact potential preceptors.  The agency will assign someone.

Placement Process

Student Responsibility: Submit Preceptor Request Form

Clinical Placement Responsibility:  Submit formal request through MyClinicalExchange

Required Information Upon Approval of Placement 

Student will receive emails from Prevea staff or MyClinicalExchange with instructions for orientation and onboarding.  Complete all required training.  Student will incur a nominal cost for MyClinicalExchange.
