Due to a limited number of preceptors, they only assist in placing ProHealth employees in practicum rotations.  However, they will accept non-employed students who are able to secure a preceptor on their own.  

Student Responsibility: Submit Preceptor Request Form

Clinical Placement Responsibility:  Submit formal request through the student portal and Provider Relations

Student will receive emails from the ProHealth Staff or Clinical Placement Coordinator with instructions for orientation and onboarding.  Complete all required training.
