Requirements/Restrictions

Priority is first given to schools that Aspirus has placement contracts with.  Any remaining opportunities are given to employees.

CV/Resume/Cover Letter: No

Health & Safety: 1/26/2024 It is now required that students submit a negative blood draw, within 1-year of clinical start, instead of a 2-step TB skin test. A TB questionnaire has been added to the Aspirus onboarding application that will need to be completed upon submission.

How to Find A Preceptor

Do not contact potential preceptors.  The agency will assign someone.

Placement Process

Student Responsibility: Submit Preceptor Request Form

Clinical Placement Responsibility:  Submit formal request through Aspirus website

Required Information Upon Approval of Placement 

Student will receive emails from Aspirus staff with instructions for orientation and onboarding.  Complete all required training.
