Millions of people in the U.S., many of whom are our neighbors, friends, and family, lack the blessing of access to primary healthcare. This includes those who are uninsured, underinsured, facing language barriers, geographical barriers, cultural barriers, and lack of availability of quality healthcare services. Founded in 2015 and located within the Goodwill Headquarters for NE Wisconsin in Menasha, Hope Clinic and Care Center (HCC) partners with the surrounding communities to provide collaborative wraparound support to over 700 patients annually, each of whom are living at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. The clinic offers primary care, specialty care, labs, medications, counseling, and social assistance referrals and navigation to support rent, utilities, dental, vision, job placement and training, and more.
