Course Description:
Provides practical experience in curricular planning, implementation, and evaluation strategies that incorporate multiple instructional strategies. Make informed decisions about content, skills, and research-based instructional strategies to supplement, enhance, and extend curricula, learning and teaching strategies. Develop an instructional design plan incorporating technology that supports and extends learning. Through the examination and implementation of various instructional strategies, classroom teaching is diversified from the traditional teacher-centered classroom to a more student-focused learning environment.
