    • FNP Clinical Placement Information

The information provided on these pages is subject to change.  If you discover inaccurate information or broken links please inform the Clinical Placement Coordinator at clinicalpaperwork@marianuniversity.edu so updates/corrections can be made.

Clinical sites frequently used by Marian University are are listed below.  This is not an exclusive list of agencies.  We have 100+ affiliation agreements on file, so if there is an agency you are interested in working with that is not listed below, contact the Clinical Placement Coordinator.  The Coordinator will review if there is an agreement on file, and if not inquire with the agency if it is possible to execute an agreement.

Please review the steps outlined in the link for the agency you wish to use for practicum.  Preceptor Request Form is needed for every request.  Remember, a request is not confirmed until you have received an email confirmation from the Clinical Placement Coordinator.

You may notice that placement deadlines on agency websites are generally 15 days later than the deadline on the right hand column of the MO2 page.  The Clinical Placement Coordinator needs time to prepare and submit requests to the agency.  This buffer allows time to make sure all required information, such as CV/resume and agency specific paperwork is complete and ready to go by the submission deadline.  Failure to submit the Preceptor Request form by the MO2 date may result in a missed opportunity with an agency.
